Frequently Asked Questions

1.    Are any meals or drinks included in the price?

  • Yes & Yes
  • There will be complimentary food at our Friday Meet & Greet
  • There will be complimentary food at our Sunday Pool Party
  • Guests staying at Embassy Suites will receive a full complimentary breakfast daily.
  • Guests staying at Embassy Suites will receive complimentary drinks & snacks daily at Embassy’s Happy Hour.

2.    Is breakfast included?

·      Yes at both hotels

3.    What is included in the hotel package?

·      4 Days & 3 Nights of accommodations for up to 4 guest in a room, your party pass, and all taxes and
fees.

4.    What is included in the Event Party Pass?

·      8 Events/Parties and all taxes and fees.

5.    When do we find out where all the events will be?

·      In your 2 weeks prior email, sent out by April 3rd, but you must book your package to receive this email.

6.    Is VIP sections available at any of the events?

·      Yes, we will have VIP sections
available at:
Saturday Day Party &  Sunday Night Party

·      Sales for VIP sections to this event
will be available 2 weeks prior to the trip.

7.    I am traveling with a group and we would like our rooms near each other?

·      No problem, we can make the request for rooms to be near each other under Hotel Request in your registration form, when you sign up or make an additional payment.

8. Do I have to follow the payment schedule?

    • Yes,  All Guest must keep up with the Payment Schedule.
      • If you are more than 7 days late making any payment you will be automatically dropped from the trip.
      • If you are dropped adding back to the trip before March 6th will be a $25 add back fee and is subject to our availability at the time you request to add back.  Adding back after March 6th is $150 and is subject to availability.
      • Any refunds will be provided according to our Cancellation Policy. All payments are non transferable. 
      • If a member in your room cancels or is removed for non-payment, your room’s occupancy and rate will be adjusted to reflect only the members in your room that continue to make their payments on time.
